A round product labeler is the most important machine in our company. It is the lifeline to our business. On those days that it malfunctions, everything is in disarray. Although we can have emergency manual labeling, nothing beats the efficiency of machines especially when we have deadlines to beat, right? For us employees, machine malfunction is our worst enemy. We become machines when the machines are not in good condition. Overtime work. Cancelled appointments. We don’t want it to happen because this is the most stressful of all work-related stress. So, we informed the manager that we are suggesting that we purchase a new applicator for our products.
Since it has been a problem for many months already, the manager was quick to address our concern. He was able to find a labeling equipment company online. And what was more a relief, the company made it customized especially for our company’s needs. No more overtime work. No more cancelled appointments. The machine is perfectly running all the time. It was a jackpot to find that company online. If not, we would still have experienced overtime work.
