The look of wrought iron doors is all I can think about, after stopping off at that store this afternoon. I have heard other friends and family say that they like wrought iron doors especially when they are paired with a matching iron gate to bring the whole look together. I have always liked my big oak doors and have never thought about changing them until now.

I know that it will take some serious convincing on my part to get my husband to agree to make changes. In fact, I might even have to sell the oak doors to help pay for the new iron doors. If he says okay to the doors, then I will mention that matching storm doors would look really nice too. I know when to push it and when to back off, so I will just have to read his mood.

I realize that storm doors would be more for a security purpose and they can always be added on later. Since we just bought a new security system and a new dog, I have a feeling that pushing the storm doors as being a security thing, it might not work. It does not hurt to try though.
