The jewelry store that I usually go to when I need to buy something has put up a sign that says something like sell scrap jewelry here. I am not sure what is considered scrap jewelry, but I have a lot of pieces that I will never wear again just because they are outdated and a few of them are damaged and I never bothered to get them fixed.

I am going to run by there today with just a few of the pieces that I had packed away and see if they would be willing to buy them. I will only be selling jewelry that I no longer wear, and only for a good price. I do not need the money but selling jewelry and either buying new pieces or putting the money away in my savings account would be a good thing also.

I told a few friends about the sell scrap jewelry here sign that I saw and they are excited to think that they might be able to unload some pieces that have just been sitting around collecting dust, just like mine have. If the amount of money that we all get is enough, we are thinking about taking a little trip, just a girls weekend getaway soon, to somewhere warm.
